William T. “Bill” McKinley
Bill is an associate with Valenti, Campbell, Trohn, Tamayo & Aranda, P.A., focusing his practice on civil litigation in state and federal court.
A Polk County native, Bill’s family ties in Florida date back to the days of Tampa’s first streetcars and the growth of the citrus industry in Central Florida. After graduating from Lake Wales High School, Bill attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance and Spanish. He went on to become a Vice President of Commercial Banking with First Union National Bank, and assisted banking clients with financial analysis and services needed for acquisitions, expansions, working capital needs, construction projects, cash management and trusts, profit sharing, ESOPs and 401k plans. As Vice President and General Manager of Mitco Water Laboratories, he directed all phases of operations of a leading fluid technology company and maximized shareholder value. Bill then went to Stetson University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree, cum laude.
Bill is fluent in Spanish. His practice areas include all areas of civil litigation including condemnation / eminent domain, construction, commercial litigation, and personal injury law.
Upon graduation from law school, Bill became an Associate with Valenti, Campbell, Trohn, Tamayo & Aranda, P.A.
Bill and his wife Sandra live in Lakeland. Between them, they have three daughters -Georgia, Jesse, and Logan, and a son, Donpaul.
